Job Summary
DISA is seeking a Minerals Processing Manager that is internally called the Technical Services Manager. The Technical Services Manager will lead global technical service activities as a technical expert and supervisory mentor. The successful candidate will have strong skills in supervision, minerals process engineering, testwork management, and commissioning/ operational support for mineral processing operations. Directing a high-performing team based out of Westminster, Colorado and Casper, Wyoming, the Technical Services Manager will be directly responsible for developing testwork and commissioning plans for lab tests, pilot programs, and commercial deployments while organizing and delivering process engineering services to DISA's worldwide mining clients. The role serves as the final technical authority for reviewing and approving data interpretation, process engineering analyses, and client-facing technical reports, spanning testwork results, flowsheet development, and operational optimization studies while ensuring deliverables meet DISA's quality standards before client presentation. This position requires direct client engagement, with the Technical Services Manager serving as DISA's primary technical point of contact throughout project execution and report delivery. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, wearing multiple hats and contributing to many areas of engineering.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of laboratory testwork design, execution, interpretation, and reporting.
· Demonstrated experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of commercial-scale mineral processing facilities.
· Ability to analyze complex technical data and develop practical engineering solutions.
· Strong project management, organizational, and resource planning skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical reports and client-facing presentations.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and commercial teams.
