Team Overview

We're looking for a Creative Operations Sr Analyst who believes great creative work doesn't happen by accident—it happens through smart systems, strong partnerships, and continuous improvement.

This isn't a traditional project management role, and it isn't a design role. You'll be the person who connects business strategy, creative excellence, and operational efficiency.

You'll partner closely with Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve the way work gets done—from the moment a brief is submitted to the final delivery. You'll challenge processes, identify bottlenecks, leverage AI and automation, and ensure every deliverable has the right strategic foundation before it reaches our creative team.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage Design’s operation to ensure the delivery of inApp, Paid and OOH adaptations for Marketing campaigns for the Spanish Speaking Latam region.

• Review incoming briefs, challenge unclear requests, and ensure strategic alignment before work enters production.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the creative workflow to increase efficiency, quality, and speed.

• Analyze creative operations data to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.

• Design, implement, and optimize processes that improve delivery timelines without sacrificing creative quality.

• Leverage AI tools and automation to simplify repetitive tasks and enhance operational excellence.

• Partner with Creative, Marketing, Media, and Business teams to improve collaboration across the creative lifecycle.

• Monitor workload to ensure the design team has the right balance in terms of request assignment. 

• Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, predictability, and resource allocation.

• Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation within Creative Operations.

 

Role Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, Project Management or similar operational roles supporting creative teams.

• Experience improving workflows through process redesign, automation, AI, or operational excellence initiatives.

• Strong understanding of the creative development process and how cross-functional marketing teams operate.

• Ability to evaluate briefs and identify missing strategic information before execution begins.

• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

• Experience working with workflow management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Airtable, Wrike, etc.).

• Familiarity with AI tools that improve productivity, documentation, workflow automation, or creative operations (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier, Make, or similar).

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

• Comfortable understanding and speaking English. Most of the briefs and stakeholders are English speakers. 

 

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience supporting in-house creative or marketing teams.

• Knowledge of DesignOps or Creative Operations best practices.

• Experience implementing AI-driven operational improvements.

• Experience building dashboards and operational reporting.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Basic understanding of design principles, branding, and creative strategy.
