The Business Unit Director is responsible for operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites. This includes leading site managers, driving growth strategies, and ensuring a safety-first culture while managing budgets and EBIT.
Candidates must have strong experience in logistics or supply chain management with a proven track record of leading large teams and delivering financial growth. Fluency in both Hungarian and English is required along with a strategic mindset and expertise in health and safety compliance.
