Responsible for providing direct and indirect behavior analysis and behavioral programming services to foster care clients. This includes developing individualized behavioral programs and master treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related human services field and at least one year of experience with children with developmental disabilities. Candidates must be 21+, possess a valid Florida driver's license, and pass comprehensive background and medical screenings.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and families in the foster care system whose needs may extend to child with Intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for providing both direct and indirect behavior analysis and behavioral programming services to clients. Responsibilities include the development of an individualized behavioral program and master treatment plan for all assigned clients. This role will work within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs.
Pay Range: Starts at $18.50 - $ $21.91 / hr (Rate is based on relevant education and experience.)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: Covering Hillsborough, Pinellas and Polk counties
Paid time off (24 days per year, increase with years of service); Sick time (64 hours per year)
