Develop and implement cost estimation practices and standards to support capital cost budgets for high-profile transportation programs. Prepare independent cost estimates and conduct market analyses to optimize project designs and validate funding requests.
Requires 5+ years of experience estimating heavy civil transportation projects and prior experience working with Transportation Authorities. A degree in Engineering or Construction Management and proficiency in HCSS or Timberline software are highly preferred.
