The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base throughout Arizona. This includes conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, and building long-term relationships with commercial and residential property managers.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of outside sales experience and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Experience in the security industry or selling contract services to HOAs and commercial properties is preferred.

This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, preparing proposals, and helping grow our recurring security services contracts.
This is an outside sales role focused on building long-term relationships with commercial properties, HOAs, apartment communities, construction sites, industrial facilities, retail centers, medical facilities and other businesses requiring professional security and patrol services.
