Job Description：
1.Analyze and make decision on technical issues during project handling;
在处理项目期间，对各项技术问题进行分析及判断；
2.Initiate the project schedule with test plan and monitor the outcome;
实行包括测试计划在内的项目计划并监控其结果；
3.Provide Instruction to test engineers on how to perform the tests;
指导测试工程师如何进行测试；
4.Analyze the test result and compile test report;

5.Review project files and reports;

6.Provide supports to certification when needed;

7.Communicate with client about test result or technical issues or job status;

8.Interpret the standard requirements;

9.Provide supports to Clusters & Marketing personnel in promoting testing services or account developments.
