The Preconstruction Manager leads all phases of the preconstruction process, transforming conceptual ideas into executable projects through budgeting and risk management. They collaborate with owners, architects, and trade partners while mentoring junior team members and supporting business development.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of commercial construction experience. Proficiency in estimating software and knowledge of collaborative delivery methods like Design-Build are required.
