The Patient Care Technician provides direct, one-on-one dialysis treatment to patients, including monitoring vital signs and managing hemodialysis equipment. They also work within a cross-functional clinical team to educate patients and ensure a safe, hygienic environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong desire to work in the healthcare field. The role requires the physical ability to work long shifts on one's feet and comfort working with blood and needles.
