The Patient Care Technician provides direct, hands-on dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease under the supervision of an RN. Responsibilities include monitoring patient vitals, maintaining dialysis equipment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Candidates must possess an accredited high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. The role requires physical stamina for long shifts and comfort working with blood, needles, and medical equipment.
