The Patient Care Technician provides direct, hands-on dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease under the supervision of an RN. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, maintaining dialysis equipment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Candidates must have an accredited high school diploma or GED and be comfortable working with blood and medical equipment. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts and the ability to float between local clinics as needed.
