The Registered Nurse will manage a caseload of Peritoneal Dialysis patients, providing clinical care and assessments. They are responsible for educating patients and caregivers on dialysis procedures and conducting home visits to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Candidates must hold a valid RN license in the state of practice and have at least 12 months of RN experience. An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation is necessary for home visits.
