The role involves managing the production of proposals, RFQs, and marketing collateral while overseeing quality control. Additionally, the coordinator will help develop a Data Asset Management system and manage digital marketing efforts.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-5 years of experience supporting A/E/C firms. Proficiency in InDesign, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is required along with strong technical writing skills.
Davis Partnership Architects is searching for a collaborative individual who is attentive to detail and has strong project and people skills to fulfill a Proposal Coordinator / Marketing Administration position. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience supporting A/E/C firms with the production of deliverables (brochures, statements of qualification, proposals, and interviews) as well as digital marketing (social media, website). Additionally, they will work with the Director of Marketing and various studio Partners to help develop and implement a Data Asset Management system to better streamline the proposal process and drive a higher win rate.

· B.A./B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Technical Writing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field
· Previous experience in business or technical writing
· Proficiency in InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams), Bluebeam
· Proficiency in database development and management
· Ability to effectively prioritize and complete multiple concurrent projects
· Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
· Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team
· Highly organized and self-starting
We are currently working in a hybrid model with staff working 4-days per week in-office and 1-day per week remote from home. Working from Denver is required.
Compensation is provided on a salaried-basis commensurate with experience, ranging from $55,000 - $75,000 annually.
