Objetivo de la posición:
Analizar e investigar las discrepancias en el proceso de recibo físico, durante el proceso de descarga en rampas, que pudieran implicar entradas incorrectas al sistema, faltantes de material para producción de esta planta y para las demás del grupo.
Validar, desarrollar y notificar al área responsable la discrepancia, compartiendo evidencia y dando seguimiento hasta el cierre.
Organizar, clasificar y mantener al día los registros de operación del departamento (registros de recibo, discrepancias, material dañado, retractos, embarques de material mal direccionado, proceso skip-lot, etc.).

Descripción de Actividades:
Revisar y recolectar la evidencia de discrepancias reportadas en el proceso de recibo. Registrar las discrepancias en bitácora y reportaje al área responsable de corregirla con el objetivo de cierre de tránsitos, actualización de inventario y pago a proveedores productivos.
Dar seguimiento diario a las discrepancias reportadas con el área responsable de corregirlas para asegurar que sean cerradas. En el caso de discrepancias no cerradas de manera convencional, elaborar expediente y presentar el caso al AM y Director para la aprobación del ajuste en sistema.
Registrar las bitácoras secundarias: guías aéreas recibidas y entregadas a recibo (papelería), entrega de papelería recibida por correo a capturistas, retractos, KPIs, skip lot, etc., con el objetivo de tener un registro de los movimientos que se hacen en MRP
Integrar los expedientes de ajuste de inventarios para presentar al Assistant Manager, Gerente o al director de Logística con el objetivo de aprobar o rechazar solicitud.
Coordinar los embarques de material mal direccionados, analizar los negativos, y dar seguimiento a casos de material dañado, con el objetivo de maximizar flujo de mercancías en almacén gestionando con los responsables de las áreas.
