Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations by leading shifts and supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Partner with the General Manager to maintain operational standards, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Candidates must have previous restaurant leadership experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to holding team members accountable to hospitality standards are required.

This role is designed for experienced restaurant leaders who are ready to take the next step toward General Manager development. Senior Leads work closely alongside the GM to help lead daily operations, coach team members, maintain standards, and drive an exceptional guest experience across both FOH and BOH.
As a Senior Lead, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while leading shifts, supporting the team, and helping maintain Dish Society standards at every level.
