Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment. This role will be critical in minimizing downtime, optimizing productivity, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment, including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and ensure peak performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels.
• Comply with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions efficiently.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and reliability-centered maintenance principles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
