The Senior Project Manager oversees the administration and execution of complex, high-revenue HVAC equipment projects. They are responsible for managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and mentoring the project management team to ensure quality delivery.
Requires a bachelor's degree or at least five years of HVAC-related project management experience. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and possess strong leadership and financial analysis skills.

The Senior Project Manager manages the largest and most complex CMS projects and provides strategic insight within the Operations Department. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of key accounts, high revenue and/or politically sensitive equipment projects, and successfully delivers those projects to customers. The Senior Project Manager handles high-level functions delegated by the Operations Manager and serves as a trusted leader within the project management team.
Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000
This position is eligible for full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement options.
Reports To: Team Lead or Operations Manager
Project Scope: Manages mechanical projects of all complexities and sizes with strategic oversight and a comprehensive understanding of scope, budget, and financial implications.

Salary ranges listed are dependent upon a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the specific role and location.
