The Senior Control Valve Technician is responsible for repairing, assembling, and testing control valves, actuators, and instrumentation in both plant and field environments. The role also involves acting as a temporary team leader for shop and field jobs, ensuring safety and cost awareness.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience, with a technical diploma or certification strongly preferred. Journeyman qualification for RVs, BVs, or CVs and previous supervisory experience are also desired.

Assemble and test control valves, including actuators and instrumentation
Utilize blueprints, specialized tooling and fixtures, measuring equipment, testing equipment, and hand tools for the final configured product
Complete test reports and other required documentations
Read and interpret instructions, assembly drawings, parts lists, routing sheets and visual aids
Leadership skills with good communication
Maintain safety and cost awareness
High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
Diploma or Certification in a technical is strongly preferred
3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
Supervisory experience preferred
Problem solving, planning and organizational skills
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks successfully
