The Mechanical Design Engineer develops innovative mechanical solutions, including 3D models and 2D drawings, while managing engineering changes and product lifecycle documentation. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, manufacturability, and reliability through design validation and root cause analysis.
Candidates must have 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering with proficiency in Creo and a strong understanding of GD&T. Experience with forged, cast, and sheet metal components, as well as familiarity with PLM systems like Windchill, is required.
