The Accounts Payable Specialist II is responsible for processing vendor invoices, performing 3-way matching, and reconciling accounts payable transactions within NetSuite. They also manage vendor inquiries, audit corporate credit card activity, and assist with financial reporting and internal controls.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience and proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel. An associate degree is preferred, along with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
