The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring school facilities are well-maintained through repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs. They also manage external contractors, oversee special projects, and ensure all building operations comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or construction trades and possess a high school diploma with relevant continuing education. Strong knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and the ability to manage multiple projects and vendors are essential.
