Supervise daily plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient collections in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. Manage personnel performance, donor flow, and maintain a safe, clean work environment adhering to HSE and OSHA policies.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to hazardous chemicals and blood-borne pathogens.
This position is responsible for supervising the day-today plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient plasma collections.
You will report to the Center Manager.
Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others required
