The Donor Support Technician is responsible for preparing donors and equipment for the pheresis process while monitoring donor safety and machine alerts. They must accurately record donor data in electronic systems and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three months of work experience, preferably in a medical or health provider setting. The role requires the ability to perform basic math, stand for long periods, and follow strict safety and environmental policies.

The expected base pay for this position at hiring is $16.61/hour - $18.13/hour. Please note this wage range reflects what CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base pay for a successful candidate within this range is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors.
