The Production Lead ensures efficient production operations while prioritizing employee safety and product quality. They are responsible for leading teams, monitoring control plans, and performing spec verifications to maintain product standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Office and flexibility with scheduling, including weekends, are required.

The primary purpose of this job is to ensure employee safety and product quality. The Production Lead is responsible for developing and leading results-orientated, winning teams. The lead ensures that product specifications are correct and make according adjustments by completing spec verifications during critical check points.
