Air Support Representative
Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)
Schedule: Thursday & Friday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday & Wednesday Off
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Air Support Representative to help ensure smooth, efficient air freight and logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values delivering exceptional service to customers and operational partners.
As a key member of the operations team, you will coordinate shipments from pickup through final delivery, communicate critical updates, and support day-to-day logistics scheduling and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email to internal and external customers
- Coordinate, book, and monitor air freight shipments from initiation through delivery
- Enter and organize daily flight schedules and operational assignments
- Assign routes and scheduled jobs to drivers to maximize efficiency and on-time performance
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate shipment updates, delays, alerts, and status changes proactively
- Escalate operational issues and service concerns to leadership as needed
- Prepare and maintain weekly operational reports using Microsoft Excel
- Troubleshoot airline and shipment issues, making real-time adjustments when necessary
- Support additional operational duties as assigned
- Assist with deliveries when operational needs require
Qualifications
- Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced or time-sensitive environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems/software
- Willingness to work overtime as needed

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in logistics, courier, transportation, delivery, or air freight operations
