The Interior Architectural Designer will generate design concepts, material selections, and technical construction documentation across various project scales. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated design solutions from concept through completion.
Requires a professional degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design and at least three years of professional experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with a commitment to pursuing NCIDQ certification or licensure.
Crawford Architects is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Interior Architectural Designer to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of project types and scales while contributing to innovative design solutions that enhance the built environment. The successful candidate will possess strong design and technical skills, a passion for interior architecture, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary design team.
Working closely with senior designers, project managers, and architects, the Interior Designer will assist in all phases of project development, from concept design through construction documentation, while reflecting Crawford Architects' standards, mission, and commitment to design excellence.
Essential Job Functions:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Professional Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience working in an architectural or interior design office
Licensure: Licensure not required. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to pursuing professional licensure and/or NCIDQ certification.
Necessary Skills: The candidate should have strong skills in verbal and written communication, plus the following additional requirements:
