The Housekeeping Supervisor coordinates housekeeping functions, inspects room attendant performance, and ensures hotel cleanliness standards are met. They also manage daily assignments, handle lost and found items, and oversee maintenance work orders.
A high school diploma is required, with a preference for two to three years of progressive hotel experience and previous supervisory roles. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the physical ability to stand for entire shifts.
