The destination comprises several distinct sites featuring five-star hotels, luxury private residences, a world-class golf experience, and many year-round activities. Navarino Dunes is home to The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort Costa Navarino and Costa Navarino Residences. Navarino Bay is the setting for Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Navarino Agora, a curated marketplace. Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.

W Costa Navarino is looking for a Fitness & Yoga Instructor. The selected candidate will be a key member of our wellness team, dedicated to fostering an inclusive, healthy, and energizing environment for our guests. The primary mission will be to guide individuals of all skill levels through fitness programs that enhance physical well-being, promote mindfulness, and encourage a balanced lifestyle. By combining expertise in various fitness disciplines with passion for teaching, the Yoga / Fitness Instructor will help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead group and private fitness sessions, including Yoga, Pilates, stretching, Aqua Gym, and swimming lessons for children, with a focus on relaxation and well-being.
• Design and deliver personalized fitness and wellness programs tailored to the needs and goals of guests.
• Provide clear, mindful instructions, ensuring that exercises are performed safely and effectively, while maintaining a relaxing atmosphere.
• Build rapport with guests, offering motivation and personalized guidance to support their fitness and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience and uphold the high standards of the spa environment.
• Ensure the spa's fitness areas, equipment, and spaces are maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Stay updated with the latest fitness and wellness trends, integrating new techniques into classes as appropriate.
• Assist with guest bookings and schedules for fitness classes and private sessions.
• Promote a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating mindfulness, relaxation, and stress reduction into every session.
• 2-3 years of experience as a fitness instructor in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid Fitness Instructor Certification or Diploma.
• Strong knowledge of Pilates, Stretching, Aqua Gym, Yoga, and swimming lessons for children (preferred).
• Proper communication etiquette in both Greek and English.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Teaching experience is mandatory.
• The ability to build rapport with team members and guests.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
