Lead and mentor small crews in the installation and repair of fiberglass and composite materials on industrial and marine assets. Oversee technical processes such as lay-up, laminating, and surface preparation while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Requires 5+ years of experience in fiberglass/composites and proven leadership experience in industrial or marine settings. Must possess a valid driver's license and be capable of working in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces and heights.
