The Facility Engineer – CMMS / Maximo is responsible for administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the IBM/Maximo computerized maintenance management system in support of safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations. This role ensures asset data, preventive maintenance programs, work order processes, and reporting are structured to support maintenance execution, compliance, and long-term asset performance. The position partners closely with facility operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT to drive standardization, data integrity, and effective system use.

The range for this position is $81,602.00 - $112,204.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
