The Commercial/Ag Loan Officer is responsible for the origination and servicing of agricultural and commercial loans. They will also analyze financial data and represent the bank at community events.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Three to five years of experience in banking, lending, and credit analysis is required.

Responsibilities include the origination and servicing of Ag and Commercial loans in an accurate and professional manner. Will collect and analyze financial data. Qualified individuals will be able to build on existing customer relationships as well as develop new business. Will represent the Bank in community events.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field. Three to five years of banking, lending and credit analysis experience is required. Applicant must be motivated, detail oriented and self-directed with excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
