Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters to scale CoreWeave's Operations organization across EMEA. Partner with senior technology leaders to design hiring strategies and manage full-funnel recruiting performance for data center operations, supply chain, and IT.
Requires 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience and 3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams in high-growth environments. Must be proficient with Greenhouse, Lattice, and modern sourcing tools while possessing strong data-driven decision-making skills.
What You’ll Do:
The Talent Acquisition team at CoreWeave is responsible for building the engine that powers our AI cloud— In Operations. We run a pod-based model where recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators are tightly aligned to Ops leaders to deliver high-bar technical talent at scale.
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, is a strategic leader responsible for scaling CoreWeave’s Operations organization. This leader will sit in our London office, reporting to the Director of TA in the US and lead the data center operations recruiting pods, partnering directly with senior technology leaders and TA leadership to design and execute hiring strategies across multiple functions and levels. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiting leader who thrives in high-growth environments, leads with both data and heart, and knows how to build teams and processes that deliver outstanding results.
About the Role:
As a Senior Manager, Recruiting, you will build and lead a high-performing team of specialized recruiters that supports key organizations at CoreWeave (for example: Data Center Operations, Supply Chain and IT across EMEA). You will own full-funnel recruiting performance for your pod(s)—from intake to offer—while also personally leading senior or hard-to-fill searches as needed.
