The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction of healthcare construction projects, including contract administration, financial reporting, and schedule management. They serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives and quality standards are met.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years of experience in project management and staff leadership. Specific experience with healthcare construction requirements and strong communication skills are essential.

Corenic is seeking Healthcare Construction Project Manager for their Operations department. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for overall direction of construction projects of the company and is a key member of the Operations/Project Management Department. In this role, the candidate is responsible for establishing project objectives and policies, maintaining relationships with prime client contracts, and monitoring construction and financial activities through on-site PM's or Construction Managers.
