Conduct high-quality outbound phone interviews with verified consumers to capture authentic stories for the review platform. Maintain accurate daily reporting, update the review center dashboard, and ensure professional rapport with all consumers.
Requires a high school diploma and strong verbal communication skills. Candidates must be comfortable using technology, capable of multitasking, and able to perform repetitive work while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to verified consumers, conducting high-quality phone interviews to capture detailed, authentic stories that power our review platform. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, comfortable using technology (especially AI tools), and committed to delivering a positive consumer experience in every interaction.
