Erstellung, Kontierung und Prüfung von Ausgangsrechnungen
Bearbeitung des Mahnwesens
Bearbeitung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
Kontroll- und Abstimmungstätigkeiten durchführen und dabei Unstimmigkeiten und Fehler eigenständig lösen
Prozessdokumentationen erstellen und aktualisieren
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
DATEV Kenntnisse wünschenswert
Guter Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
