The Team Lead oversees the daily activities of Utilization Review Nurses and provides leadership regarding scheduling and operations. They focus on process improvement to optimize case management and patient care while identifying systemic challenges for leadership.
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Connecticut Nursing License, and 3 years of healthcare nursing experience. Preferred qualifications include pediatric nursing, utilization review experience, and Case Management certification.

Provides leadership and direction around scheduling, supervision and daily operations, while looking strategically at how workflow and process improvement can optimize and improve the role of Case Management and patient/family care through the institution. Lead will identify challenges and systems issues that need to be elevated to the Manager and Center Leadership.
