Handle inbound customer service calls regarding patient accounting and perform outbound follow-ups on outstanding AR accounts. Focus on first-call resolution by assisting callers or escalating issues to subject matter experts.
Requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Knowledge of hospital patient billing and third-party insurance reimbursements is preferred.
