Build and deploy intelligent AI automation workflows and LLM integrations to automate document processing and compliance checks. Collaborate directly with founders to translate user problems into high-impact product features and technical foundations.
Requires 4+ years of experience in production software development with proficiency in Python or TypeScript and hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG. Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand and a strong product intuition for rapid iteration.

Work setup: Hybrid (NZ-based) with 2-3 days/week in our Auckland office for co-working.
