The role involves preparing and reviewing international license, distribution, and employment contracts while supporting the sales department with government tenders. The lawyer will also manage corporate legal agendas and coordinate with external law firms in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in law and a strong orientation in commercial, employment, and corporate law. Proficiency in English for drafting and negotiating legal documentation is required.

Hledáme zkušeného právníka nebo právničku, který/á se stane naším prvním interním právníkem. Čeká vás pestrá agenda s mezinárodním přesahem — od licenčních smluv a mezinárodních tendrů přes pracovněprávní otázky až po exportní regulace — a možnost vybudovat si právní agendu firmy podle sebe.
Příprava a revize smluv: licenční a distribuční smlouvy, NDA, smlouvy s dodavateli a kontraktory (česky i anglicky)
Právní podpora obchodního oddělení při mezinárodních tendrech a jednáních s vládními zákazníky
Právní rámec spolupráce s partnerskými společnostmi — distribuční, reseller a OEM smlouvy, technologická partnerství, případně joint ventures
Pracovněprávní a HR agenda (pracovní smlouvy, rámcové smlouvy s kontraktory, interní směrnice)
Korporátní agenda a přímá podpora vedení společnosti
Koordinace spolupráce s externími advokátními kancelářemi v ČR i zahraničí
Sledování legislativních změn (vč. exportních kontrol a regulace v oblasti forenzních technologií) a jejich promítnutí do firemních procesů
Alespoň 3 roky relevantní praxe (advokacie nebo pozice interního právníka)
Výbornou orientaci v obchodním, pracovním a korporátním právu
Angličtinu na úrovni draftování a negociace smluvní dokumentace
Samostatnost, pečlivost a pragmatický, byznysově orientovaný přístup
Part-time spolupráci v rozsahu cca 2–3 dny týdně, případně i na plný úvazek, přesný rozsah dle dohody
Formu spolupráce dle vaší preference — zkrácený úvazek nebo spolupráce na IČO, vhodné i pro advokáty s vlastní praxí
