The Community Marketing Liaison is responsible for promoting hospice programs to medical professionals and referral sources to generate patient referrals. They also coordinate educational programs, maintain community visibility, and assist with patient admission documentation.
Candidates must have a college degree or equivalent experience along with at least two years of marketing experience. Prior experience in hospice or home health settings is required, as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Our Hospice Interdisciplinary Team of physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and nurse aides work closely to provide the best plan of care to meet the needs of our patients and families. Community Healthcare of Texas also provides perinatal and pediatric hospice and palliative care programs for those with a serious illness that are not ready hospice.
