The Program Monitor manages front desk reception and maintains security through house rounds, bed checks, and resident searches. They are also responsible for administering drug and alcohol tests and serving as a pro-social role model for residents.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, while an Associate's degree and 1-2 years of security experience are preferred. Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
