Responsible for executing commercial painting and wallcoverings projects from initial estimate to closeout. Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and maintains strong relationships with customers.
Requires experience in commercial construction project management or estimating and the ability to interpret blueprints. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Business is preferred but not required.
Your Role
This position for Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of commercial Painting and Wallcoverings projects from the initial estimate to closeout, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer. As a Project Manager you will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
