Provide hands-on coaching and training to craft workers to improve quality, safety, and production efficiency. Partner with field leadership to identify skill gaps and support the career progression of laborers, formsetters, and finishers.
Preferred 5+ years of concrete construction experience with strong knowledge across multiple craft disciplines. Must have experience mentoring others and the ability to work in active outdoor construction environments across multiple states.
We’re looking for a Field Craft Development Specialist to support the growth and development of our craft workforce. This is a hands-on, field-based role working directly alongside Foremen and crews to strengthen skills, improve quality and production, and support career progression.
This role is focused on coaching and development—not supervision. You’ll partner with field leadership to identify skill gaps and provide real-time, on-site training to help our teams perform at their best.
