The Business Systems Manager will lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) platform. They will also manage the platform roadmap, oversee production releases, and lead a team of business analysts to deliver technology-enabled business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise platforms and leading teams in a complex, fast-paced environment. Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Information Technology are required, with retail industry experience being highly regarded.

We're looking for an experienced Business System Manager to lead the strategy, governance, optimisation and continuous improvement of our Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) platform.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Data, you'll play a critical role in shaping the vision and roadmap for one of our key commercial business systems while leading a high-performing team and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded leader who thrives on delivering technology-enabled business outcomes, driving operational excellence, and influencing stakeholders across a complex organisation.
As the SRM Business System Manager, you will own the end-to-end management of the SRM platform, ensuring it remains operationally effective, fit-for-purpose, and aligned to our broader commercial strategy.

You'll be comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments, influencing decision-making at senior levels, and balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
