The Fresh Produce Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the fresh produce department to ensure exceptional presentation and customer engagement. Key duties include leading the team to meet sales targets, managing costs, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Candidates must have previous experience in a fast-paced environment and direct leadership experience in coaching and developing teams. Ability to manage stock rotation, waste, and rostering while driving a positive team culture is essential.

About the role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of our fresh produce department. You’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.
