You will lead and coach team members in the Red Meat department to ensure operational efficiency and staff coverage. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
The successful candidate must have experience in leading teams and promoting workplace safety and health. You must be available to work the specific roster of Friday to Sunday, 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Join the Coles Team as a supportive Team Leader in the Red Meat department of our Retail Ready Operations Australia function. You’ll lead our Team Members and set a positive example by creating a safe working environment and drive operational efficiencies to ensure staff coverage and attendance.
