Deine Mission
• Du analysierst, optimierst und entwickelst unsere Business-Systeme weiter und unterstützt damit zentrale Unternehmensprozesse
• Du verbindest IT, Prozesse und Business-Anforderungen zu effizienten digitalen Lösungen
• Du unterstützt sowohl PSG als auch IPP bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systemlandschaften und Prozessstrukturen
• Du arbeitest aktiv an internationalen Projekten innerhalb der globalen Dover Organisation mit
• Du trägst dazu bei, Geschäftsprozesse nachhaltig effizienter, transparenter und skalierbarer zu gestalten
Deine Aufgaben
• Du analysierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse in Bereichen wie Einkauf, Produktion, Warenwirtschaft, Finance und Operations und entwickelst Optimierungspotenziale
• Du betreust und entwickelst unsere Business-Systeme weiter – insbesondere im Umfeld von SAP Business One
• Du arbeitest an der Entwicklung und Anpassung individueller Softwarelösungen auf Basis von .NET, C# und SQL
• Du analysierst Datenstrukturen und entwickelst Lösungen zur Optimierung von Datenflüssen und Systemarchitekturen
• Du dokumentierst Prozesse, technische Anforderungen und Systemanpassungen strukturiert und nachvollziehbar
• Du arbeitest eng mit internen Fachbereichen zusammen und übersetzt Business-Anforderungen in technische Lösungen
• Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung nationaler und internationaler IT- und Business-Projekte
• Du arbeitest mit Tools wie GitHub zur Versionsverwaltung und kollaborativen Entwicklung
• Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft innerhalb der internationalen Dover-Struktur
Dein Profil
• Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Business Systems, IT oder Prozessmanagement
• Du bringst ein sehr gutes Verständnis betrieblicher Prozesse mit – beispielsweise in Einkauf, Warenwirtschaft, Produktion, Finance oder Supply Chain
• Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung mit .NET, C# sowie SQL
• Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP Business One im mittelständischen Unternehmensumfeld
• Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für Datenstrukturen, Datenanalyse und systemübergreifende Prozesslogiken
• Du arbeitest strukturiert und dokumentierst technische Prozesse sauber und nachvollziehbar
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen
• Du bringst Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Mitarbeit an komplexeren IT-Projekten mit
• Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Umgang mit GitHub oder vergleichbaren Versionsverwaltungssystemen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
• Du arbeitest analytisch, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich
• Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
• Reisebereitschaft von langfristig ca. 25 % sowie projektabhängig kurzfristig bis zu 50 % bringst du mit
