Lead and develop a 2nd shift warehouse team to ensure daily goals, receiving, and order fulfillment are completed. Supervise automated material handling systems and drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing initiatives.
Requires 2-5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments and proficiency in WMS and ERP systems. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a strong aptitude for managing technology-driven warehouse equipment.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor
Shift: Full-time, Second Shift 2:30-11:00 p.m.
We are seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking 2nd shift supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. This position will be responsible for picking up where the 1st shift leaves off and ensuring all daily goals and deadlines are met before the end of the shift. This will include managing receiving overflow from day shift and put away, overseeing timely stock replenishment, cycle counting, and customer order picking and packing. This person will need to effectively lead and develop a team that could grow to approximately 30 employees. This role will be a phased training approach. Training/operations for this role will begin in Glendale Heights then transition to the brand new warehouse in Joliet going forward.
