Define electrical architectures and lead the technical direction for advanced military communications products. Manage complex electronic and embedded system development while mentoring senior technical talent and influencing product strategy.

As Principal Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of Kägwerks’ high-tech military communications products, leading the architecture and technical direction of complex electronic and embedded systems.
This is a high-impact opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with real influence over future products, technology roadmaps and engineering capability.
You’re an experienced electrical engineering leader with deep expertise across electronic systems, embedded platforms and complex product development.
Your background includes digital and analog design, power electronics, high-speed systems, EMI/EMC, environmental qualification and system integration, with experience using tools such as Altium, Cadence, SPICE or MATLAB.
You’ll bring strong technical judgement, the ability to influence at a senior level and a passion for developing sophisticated technology that performs when it matters.

U.S. citizenship is required and the successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
