Candidates must have 1 to 3 years of experience designing UI/UX for web applications and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in working within existing design systems and component libraries is required, along with excellent communication and collaborative skills.

We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to help design the interface and experience for our internal, custom built operations and compliance software platform, used by trucking companies and fleet operators.
You'll take product requirements and turn them into intuitive, user friendly interfaces and workflows, using our existing component library and design patterns as your foundation. You'll partner closely with our Product Manager, who owns product strategy and requirements, while you focus on designing intuitive, consistent user experiences and flagging usability issues along the way.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving usability problems, wants steady day to day design work, and is looking to grow their skills on a real, in use product.
